Refund Policy
At Timber Creek Construction, customer satisfaction is a top priority. Due to the nature of custom construction and outdoor landscape projects, our refund policy is structured to reflect the time, labor, materials, and planning involved in each job. Please read the following policy carefully.
1. Deposits
All projects require a deposit to secure materials, schedule labor, and begin preparation. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has commenced. If a project is canceled before any costs are incurred, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
2. Project Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your project:

Before work begins: A partial refund may be granted, less any administrative or pre-construction planning costs.

After work begins: Refunds will not be issued. You will be responsible for the cost of all work completed and materials purchased up to the date of cancellation.
3. Change Orders
If a change in the scope of work is requested after the project has started, we will issue a written change order with updated pricing. Payments for additional work are non-refundable once the work has been approved and started.
4. Workmanship Issues
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied due to a defect in workmanship:

We will evaluate the issue and, if deemed valid, correct it at no additional cost within the warranty period.

Refunds are not typically issued for workmanship concerns unless we are unable to reasonably resolve the problem.
5. Material Returns
Materials that are custom-ordered or cut specifically for your project are not eligible for return or refund. Standard, unused materials may be eligible for return per supplier policy, minus any restocking fees.
6. Dispute Resolution
We encourage open communication and will work with you to resolve any concerns. In the rare case of a serious disagreement, resolution will be pursued in accordance with the terms outlined in your signed contract and governed by Utah state law.
