Late payments may be subject to interest and collection fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been purchased or work has begun. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued based on the scope of work completed and expenses incurred.

5. Warranties

6. Site Access & Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the project site and is responsible for removing personal items from the work area. Timber Creek Construction is not liable for delays caused by restricted access, weather conditions, or unforeseen site issues.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, designs, images, and text, is the property of Timber Creek Construction and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
